I graduated Rutgers-Law in 1996 with honors and started my own law firm upon being admitted to the NJ and NY Bars. My firm has had a concentration in NJ residential real estate transactions since the beginning and I’ve handled thousand of real estate purchases and sales. My firm includes two paralegals and we add interns, usually law students, during the busy summer months.
I’ve learned there are two “secrets” to successful real estate transactions. The first secret to success is assembling the right team of Real Estate Professionals to guide you through the transaction. When you have a great Realtor, a great mortgage lender and a great real estate attorney on your team you have vastly improved your chances of a successful, hassle-free transaction.
The second secret to success is communication. Regular on-going communication between you and your team of real estate professionals will ensure that every deadline is met and everything that needs to get done does get done.
